Health and Wellness
This section is dedicated to our family's journey towards a healthier lifestyle. I grew up eating an extremely healthy diet. My husband grew up eating more traditional American food. When we got married, I happily adapted his lifestyle as a welcome break from the "boring" food I was used to. Our pantry became a monument to all the foods I wasn't allowed to eat during my childhood. As time went on, however, my husband became more and more frustrated with his weight issues, and we slowly moved closer to the kinds of foods I grew up with. Now, we are committed to eating as cleanly as possible, exercising regularly, drinking more water, and getting more sleep. We are also still learning! We love the way we feel, and are so glad we have the opportunity to pass on the lessons we are learning and the resources that help us.
